Sophia Pole

Finance director

Profile

Sophia is the firm’s finance director and a member of the strategy board. She has extensive experience of delivering EMEA group reporting for global multi-national organisations, new accounting systems implementation, statutory reporting and tax compliances as well as financial planning and analysis.

She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018 and managed the firm’s central finance and reporting division before being appointed as finance director in 2021.

Sophia trained with RSM Tenon prior to qualifying as an accountant in 2009 with ACCA. She has a first class honours degree in financial management and is a graduate of Kazan Physics and Mathematics College.
