Richard is the company secretarial manager in the corporate team. He joined Penningtons Manches Cooper from a corporate services provider in 2015. Richard advises and assists corporates on a broad range of company secretarial matters including company incorporations in the UK and international jurisdictions, annual compliance obligations, maintaining company registers and dealing with share transactions.
His work includes looking after the compliance obligations of a wide range of public and private companies, as well as property management companies, charities, LLPs and branches of overseas companies (now known as UK establishments). He has particular experience in helping overseas clients incorporate UK companies and navigating corporate compliance, as well as reconstituting and reviewing statutory registers, rectifications to the register and voluntary dissolutions.
