Nora is a senior associate in the IP, IT and commercial team. She joined the firm’s Oxford office in 2017 from a leading regional law firm.
She has a particular focus on data protection issues and IT agreements, including SaaS and software development agreements, but also advises on a wide variety of commercial agreements such as intellectual property matters, terms and conditions and services agreements, as well as consumer law compliance. Nora also advises on IT, data protection and commercial issues as part of corporate transactions.
Nora is a native German speaker and holds an Austrian law degree. She has experience in representing clients on commercial matters in both English and German.
