Martin is an associate in the employment team based in London. He acts for individuals, corporate clients, and staff associations and their members, advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
Martin is experienced in conducting employment tribunal litigation involving issues of discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and employment status. He offers general HR support such as drafting handbook policies and employment contracts and managing disciplinary and redundancy scenarios; he also advises individuals on the negotiation of settlement agreements.
He is part of the PeopleTech working group for Tech London Advocates and is co-chair of the firm’s race and faith diversity subcommittee. Having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a trainee solicitor in 2015, he qualified in 2017. He previously worked as a paralegal at a leading UK film production and distribution company.
