Portrait of Jackson Tree

Jackson is an associate in the construction and infrastructure team specialising in the procurement and delivery of commercial, retail, care homes, mixed-use and major construction and infrastructure projects. An Australian qualified lawyer, he has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

He was previously part of a large in-house projects team where he developed a deep understanding of client needs. It is these skills which translate to a pragmatic commercial focus on client requirements which is not simply limited to a pure legal analysis of the project risks and deliverables.

Jackson works closely with the firm's real estate, social housing and property finance teams in providing non-contentious construction advice to developers, funders and property investors. He joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in March 2020.
