Geraldine is a paralegal in the banking and finance team. She provides assistance on a variety of finance transactions including acquisitions, real estate, project finance and general corporate banking, on both the lender and borrower sides. In particular, Geraldine assists companies in drafting and reviewing corporate authorisations, loan and security documents.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in January 2022, after having worked for a tier 1 bank on an IBOR transition project.
