Elizabeth is an associate in the private client team and is based in our Guildford office. She advises on an array of private client matters including the drafting of wills and trust documents, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications. Elizabeth also frequently advises on a range of probate matters, from smaller estates with minimal assets to large complex estates, with assets located across multiple jurisdictions.
Elizabeth is a member of STEP, the world's leading organisation for private wealth professionals, Elizabeth has contributed to a number of private client publications including Lexis Nexis Practice Notes. She is an active member of the Surrey young professional’s body.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2012 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2014.
