Caroline is a senior associate in the firm’s Oxford office specialising in residential development.
She has experience in all matters relating to residential property while also taking on secured lending work for a number of lending institutions and a few small scale developer clients. She often works with members of the firm’s private client and family teams to provide support on property-related matters.
Between qualification in 2012 and joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2013, Caroline worked in risk and compliance to gain experience and insight into good legal practice. However, keen to move back to a client facing role, she decided to specialise in property having thoroughly enjoyed a six month training seat in the residential property team at her previous firm.
