Profile

Alex is a partner in the real estate team. He specialises in real estate acquisitions and disposals, leases and asset management, and development work. Alex also advises on borrower-side finance and has represented investors purchasing distressed assets from administrators.

He has experience in acting for housebuilders, developers and landowners in all aspects of development matters. Alex acts for a broad range of clients on land acquisition work to include options, forward sale agreements, land promotion agreements, conditional contracts, overage agreements and unconditional sales and purchases.

Other clients of Alex include private and institutional investors, care providers and family offices. He is regularly engaged by corporate occupiers to advise on their office headquarter relocations.
