Aaron is an associate in the private client team specialising in contentious trusts and probate. He advises on trust and estate litigation issues, including will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, validity of lifetime transactions, disputes between personal representatives and claims based upon estoppel and/or constructive trusts.
Aaron qualified in 2019 and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in the same year, having completed his legal training with a South East-based law firm. In addition to contentious work, his experience includes non-contentious private client matters such as wills, tax and estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and succession work.
