Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 1926 - 2022
Rachel is a paralegal in the commercial dispute resolution team in London, acting on high value, complex, multi-party actions against solicitors and other professionals, in a team that the 2023 edition of The Legal 500 described as ‘extremely competent’.
She recently assisted senior members of the team in bringing a claim for a number of prospective purchasers of student accommodation, which was settled at mediation and produced a significant payout for the clients.
Having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper from another leading law firm in 2022, Rachel has a variety of legal work experience, as well as being LLB, LPC and LLM-qualified. Additionally, she is heavily involved in the firm’s Pennclusion committees, including being co-chair of the race and faith committee, which she runs with the aim of ensuring the firm attracts and retains diverse talent, and is an inclusive environment.
