Profile

Naomi is an associate in the private client team in the Guildford office.

She advises on a broad range of matters, including the drafting of wills, the preparation and registration of powers of attorney, trusts, Court of Protection work including deputyship applications and the estate administration process.

Naomi qualified in 2018 after completing a training contract with the firm over a two-year period, and gaining experience in the clinical negligence, Court of Protection, private client and real estate teams. She is a member of STEP, the world’s leading organisation for private wealth professionals, and recently completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.

Acting for clients on lay deputyships for both health and welfare and property and finance.
Advising on wills for high net worth individuals.
Guiding clients through the complex estate administration process, including applying for a grant of probate.
