Lindsay is an associate in Penningtons Manches Cooper’s employment team and is based in the London office. Acting on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, she has a wealth of experience in complex discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistle-blowing claims across a range of sectors including banking, education and construction. She also advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements.

Lindsay has a strong track record in representing both employees, having previously worked for a claimant only firm, and employers, having spent time in-house at an investment bank and as general counsel for a large fuel company.

She provides training and workshops to clients, has contributed to trade publications and has appeared on ITV news discussing employment related matters.
