Hannah is an associate in the employment team, based in the Reading office. She acts for a number of corporate clients, individuals and educational institutions, advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious issues, and has worked on employment tribunal cases relating to discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing issues. Hannah also deals with day-to-day HR advisory matters including disciplinary and grievance issues, company policies and other contractual issues. Hannah also advises on settlement agreements, provides corporate support and has assisted clients on their response to data subject access requests.
After studying law at the University of Surrey, Hannah joined the firm as a trainee in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
