Dan is a senior associate in the commercial, IP and IT team in Reading. He advises on a range of commercial agreements, intellectual property licences and IT contracts including terms and conditions of business, supply of goods and services, confidentiality agreements, consumer agreements and software licences.
He focuses on data protection and regularly provides guidance to clients on implementing GDPR-compliant policies and procedures, contracts involving data sharing and processing, and data protection issues relating to marketing activities. Dan also advises on IP, commercial and data protection issues in the context of corporate transactions.
Dan qualified in 2018, having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a trainee in 2016. Prior to this he was a paralegal for a major FMCG company.
