Christina is an associate in the employment team in Guildford. She advises both employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including recruitment, termination of employment, disciplinary and grievance issues, data protection compliance, absence management, performance management, settlement agreements, TUPE transactions and restructuring matters.
