Varied perspectives help us to build constructive working relationships.
Amanda is a specialist residential property lawyer. She graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Bristol University and has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales since 1990. Amanda trained and worked in the City of London and has been a senior associate in Penningtons Manches Cooper’s Oxford office since 1996.
She deals with all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions; particularly high value, individual property sales and purchases, and also remortgages and residential tenancy agreements. Another significant part of Amanda's practice is supporting and advising the firm’s family law team on all property-related aspects of matrimonial proceedings, including advice on protecting interests, transfers of equity and deferred charges.
In addition, Amanda works closely with our private client department, dealing with probate sales, and trust sales and purchases, declarations of trust and private financing arrangements.
