Rebecca is an associate (FCILEx) in the firm’s employment and specialist Police Federation teams. Located in London, she advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinary cases and grievance concerns.
She provides specialist advice on matters concerning the Police Pension Regulations and the Police (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006. She also has experience in tribunal and High Court litigation and has worked on claims valued in excess of £1 million.
Rebecca previously worked for another leading City-based law firm for four years, where she qualified as a chartered legal executive. After being admitted as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Rebecca joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2020. She takes pride in building strong professional relationships with her clients, who value her supportive and considerate approach. She has been described as having 'clearly obvious expertise in this field' and has been commended by clients for her 'impressive drafting' as well as her ability to construct 'excellent compelling arguments'.
