He is a founder member of the Primary Care Premises Forum, established 15 years ago to provide a forum for both the public and private sector in matters relating to the NHS and their estate and commercial arrangements.

  • Acting on commercial agreements and corporate structures to comply with health legislation and procurement requirements.
  • Advising on proposed development agreements to cover a major B8 development, sale and lease back and participation arrangements in student accommodation and in other real estate areas.
  • Co-ordinating advice for a US outsourcing company across Europe and other jurisdictions.
  • Advising on equity and debt funding across accommodation arrangements and in the renewables sector.
