Jess is a member of the employment team based in London. She advises both employers and individuals on all employment-related matters including termination of employment, settlement agreements, data privacy and discrimination.
She also assists clients with general HR matters such as drafting employment contracts and policies, and managing capability and disciplinary proceedings.
Jess qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2017 while working at a top 10 New Zealand law firm. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
