Jenni is an associate in the commercial dispute resolution team in the London office. She assists with a broad range of matters for private individuals and corporate clients as both claimants and defendants.

Her practice focuses on contractual disputes, professional negligence, data protection and reputation management. She has experience of litigation in the High Court, as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Jenni qualified as a solicitor in 2019, having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a trainee in 2017. Prior to this, she graduated with a first class honours BSc in psychology and completed her legal studies with distinction. She also worked as a forensic and investigations paralegal at a leading accountancy firm.

  • Acting for the claimant in a successful libel action against former Bristol UKIP chairman, Steve Wood, arising from a tweet that falsely accused the claimant of child grooming.
  • Securing pre-action settlement for an overseas client in relation to a claim against an English company for breach of a services contract.
  • Obtaining a worldwide freezing order for a high-net-worth individual to protect assets in relation to a fraud to which he was a victim.
  • Acting for an individual to defend a High Court claim for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties, which was settled at mediation.
