Varied perspectives help us to build constructive working relationships.
Georgia is a senior paralegal (MCILEx) in the personal injury team in London. She predominantly assists on a varied caseload of multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims both in the UK and abroad, and specialises in traumatic brain and spinal cord injury matters.
Her competence and experience allow Georgia to handle many aspects of claims independently. Her daily responsibilities include: attending client visits and meetings, court hearings, inquests and inquiries; liaising with defendants' representatives to achieve clients' best interests; drafting witness statements, instructions to experts and instructions to counsel; attending conferences and settlement meetings; and obtaining and reviewing medical records and reports.
Georgia joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2017. She has been highlighted as a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 and listed in the Chambers’ directory, and she is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Alongside her work commitments, Georgia is working towards qualification as a legal executive.
