Abby Buchanan

Paralegal

Abby is a paralegal in the travel law team based in Guildford. She receives instructions from our travel insurer clients, advising on prospects and acting on behalf of their policyholders should they suffer an accident abroad.

She assists other senior members of the team providing legal support on a wide range of tasks for foreign accident claims litigated abroad and also in the English High Court. These tasks include drafting of witness statements, instruction of experts, preparation of schedules of loss, attending conferences with counsel and medico-legal experts, and liaising with UK travel insurers and foreign experts.

I approach every holiday accident claim with a blend of empathy, thoroughness and dedication to ensure that your case is handled with the care and attention it deserves. This helps you to focus on healing while I strive to secure the compensation you need.
