Sarah is a partner in our real estate division in Cambridge. She is experienced in all areas of real estate practice, with particular expertise in the acquisition and set-up of commercial and residential development sites, development finance, pension fund sales and purchases, and secured lending and refinance work.
She acts for a full range of clients. Her recent track record includes representing a number of public sector bodies and both local and national residential developers on large mixed-use regeneration and development projects, advising on site assembly, overage agreements, development agreements and the sale of affordable housing plots to registered providers.
Sarah joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2015, having spent the majority of her time since qualifying in 2006 practising within the Cambridge area. The Legal 500 has described her as being ‘efficient and professional’.
