Profile

Sabrina is an associate in the employment team, based in the London office. She acts for individuals, corporate clients, staff associations and their members, advising on a broad range of employment law matters.

She has experience in employment tribunals involving discrimination and unfair dismissal claims and provides general HR support, such as drafting staff handbook policies and employment contracts, to a variety of clients. She also assists on the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements and has worked with clients on their responses to data subject access requests.

Sabrina qualified in 2020, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2018. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the firm’s race and faith subcommittee.

Providing ongoing strategic HR advisory assistance to a renowned US law firm.
Supporting and assisting an international company with its HR policies and contracts of employment for both UK and US-based employees.
Advising the Police Federation and its members on the merits of bringing discrimination claims and failure to pay statutory debt claims.
