Natasha is an associate in the commercial, IP and IT team with a focus on the life sciences sector. She supports clients ranging from universities to start-up companies with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including IP licences, master services agreements, material transfer agreements and collaboration agreements. She also advises on a range of intellectual property issues.
An active member of the Penningtons Manches Cooper Foundation Cambridge CSR committee, Natasha is also an ‘environment champion’ for the Cambridge office.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2019 from a Cambridge based international technology law firm, where she trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
