Lauren is a senior associate in the real estate team in Oxford.
She advises on a variety of non-contentious commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of office, retail and industrial premises, transactional landlord and tenant matters, property development work and property refinancing.
Lauren qualified in 2018, having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a paralegal in 2014 before beginning her training in 2017. During her time as a paralegal, Lauren helped develop the firm’s post-completion team, providing advice and support on all stamp duty land tax and Land Registry requirements for lawyers in the real estate division across the firm’s UK offices.
