Katy is a senior associate in the London real estate team. She qualified in April 2010 after joining the firm as a case manager in February 2007. Katy acts for a range of clients including institutional investors, private property companies, overseas companies, developers, banks, retailers and other occupiers.
She deals with a wide variety of non-contentious property transactions across the real estate spectrum, specialising in landlord and tenant work, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including portfolio sales) of investment properties. She also advises on the property aspects of secured lending.
Katy assists the insolvency team acting for receivers and banks in connection with sales and lettings of residential and commercial property. She also supports the health and care team with various aspects of property-related matters.
