Jessica is an associate in the contentious private client team. She advises on all aspects of UK trust and probate litigation, including will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, estate administration disputes, burial disputes and proprietary estoppel claims.
She has a particular interest in digital assets which form part of a trust or estate and the issues that they generate.
Splitting her time between the London and Basingstoke offices, Jessica acts for clients nationwide. She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2017 after training and qualifying as a solicitor at the London office of a US law firm, where she gained wide-ranging litigation experience. She graduated with a first class law degree from the University of Cambridge and achieved a distinction in her legal professional studies.
