Jeremy Bristow, Associate at Penningtons Manches


Jeremy is an associate in the private client team specialising in contentious trusts and probate. He advises on the full range of domestic trust and estate litigation issues including will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between personal representatives and beneficiaries and claims for proprietary estoppel and/or constructive trusts.

Jeremy completed his legal training in 2016 at another leading City law firm and gained experience working in the property litigation, pensions and employee benefits, residential property and private client teams. He joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2016.

  • Acting for an adult child who was making a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

  • Acting for executors who were defending a will validity claim.
