Abigail is an associate in the immigration team, based in the London office. She acts for corporate clients and private individuals on a range of immigration law matters, and has been working in this field for over seven years.

With experience in acting for major companies on a broad spectrum of immigration matters including skilled worker, intra company and indefinite leave to remain applications, Abigail has also provided advice to high net worth individuals regarding investor visas and has assisted with global talent applications. In addition, she conducts legal research and prepares applications on behalf of clients.

Abigail joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2016 as a paralegal and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Prior to her qualification, she worked at an international firm where she assisted with UK-inbound immigration. She is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and is involved in the firm’s race and faith subcommittee.
