More questions than answers? Not in the new Q&A guide to UK private client law

Posted: 02/03/2015

The Penningtons Manches private client team has written a Q&A guide to private client law in the UK (England and Wales) for Practical Law (PLC), Thomson Reuter’s online legal resources for the law profession. The PLC team works with top law firms worldwide to ensure that its resources always reflect current law and market practice. Its consultation boards and contributors are all practising lawyers and leaders in their fields.

The Q&A guide to private client law is a part of PLC's multi-jurisdictional guide series and gives a high level overview of tax, tax residence, inheritance tax, buying property, wills and estate management, succession regimes, intestacy, trusts, charities, co-ownership, familial relationships, minority and capacity, and proposals for reform.

Partners Clare Archer and Laura Dadswell and associates Stuart Adams and Lucy Edwards contributed to the guide which can be found here.
