Latest edition of Landlord & Tenant Law Review features Penningtons Manches' 'Breaking Bad' article

Posted: 26/08/2014

Following Breaking Bad’s clean sweep of the drama awards at the 2014 Emmys on 25 August 2014, this month’s Landlord & Tenant Law Review features a similarly entitled article. Written by Tarnya Pilgrim of Penningtons Manches’ real estate team, ‘Breaking bad – tenants disappointed again’ looks at how case law is increasingly going against tenants when it comes to exercising a break.  Tarnya has also co-authored an article entitled ‘Leases on parade’ with Mark Burrows, which looks at anti-competitive lease provisions, while Donald Lambert, real estate litigation partner, sets out the grounds under which a tenant’s breach could be directly relevant to their right to a new tenancy in his article ‘Opposition to a new tenancy’.

The Landlord & Tenant Law Review, published six times a year, is a consolidated reference source for landlord and tenant issues providing specialist coverage of both commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues and draws together topics traditionally found in a wide range of publications.
