Penningtons Manches Cooper advises on cross-border sale

Penningtons Manches Cooper’s corporate team has advised Percy Lane Products, a leading UK manufacturer of aluminium windows, doors and fabrications for the transport sector, on its sale to the Sweden-based Dellner Group. Dellner Group are a global leader in the design and manufacture of braking systems for the material handling, crane and hoist, container handling, mining, marine, industrial, offshore, oil, gas and wind energy sectors as well as vibration control, polymer and glazing solutions.

Percy Lane will continue to operate from its Tamworth base, joining the UK arm of Dellner Group, Dellner Polymer and Glass Solutions, which supplies metal, polymer and glass components for interior and exterior fitments including specialist windows, screens and partitions.

Birmingham corporate partners Adam McGiveron and Emma Bryant led the team on this sale, with tax assistance from Kathy Hills and Leonie Langley.
