Penningtons Manches Cooper's corporate team has advised the shareholders of ClickIQ on its acquisition by Indeed, the world’s the world’s largest job site. Guildford corporate partner Simon Bickerdike led the Penningtons Manches Cooper team, supported by senior associate Liz Gillingham and corporate tax partner Stephen Goldstraw. Founded in 2017, and with offices in Surrey and Aberdeen, ClickIQ uses AI recruitment technology to manage, track and optimise the performance of clients’ recruitment advertising in real-time.
