Penningtons Manches acts for Cranbrook Nurseries in regional expansion acquisition deal

The corporate team at Penningtons Manches has advised Cranbrook Nurseries on the acquisition of West Sussex based Elan Nurseries Group. The deal sees Cranbrook Nurseries, which already operates Little Monkeys in Horsham, expand its locations to include two nurseries and one out-of-school club, providing 345 childcare places in total.

The legal team was led by corporate partner Simon Bickerdike, supported by corporate associate Hannah McIlwraith, and real estate partner Mike Busby who was supported by real estate associate Nellie Haynes.
