Providing advice to finnCap in its role as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Parsley Box Group plc (AIM: MEAL) on its initial public offering on AIM, valuing Parsley Box at £83.8 million.


Revolution Bars equity fundraising and move to AIM

Advising finnCap and Peel Hunt as brokers to Revolution Bars Group on a £15 million equity fundraising and finnCap as nominated adviser on its proposed move to AIM. The funds are aimed at helping the group emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic in a strong position.
