Our outsourcing group gives you access to an experienced team of lawyers with all the specialist knowledge necessary for the successful implementation and operation of outsourcing transactions. We have in-depth experience in structuring, documenting, negotiating and managing complex and large-scale outsourcing arrangements.

Outsourcing projects typically carry significant legal risk. We regularly advise on the outsourcing of IT and telecommunication services and of a wide variety of other essential business processes, together with supply-chain initiatives and strategic partnerships. From the start, we identify key risks and benefits, and can secure appropriate conditions in project agreements.

We offer expert legal support throughout the entire outsourcing lifecycle, including initial due diligence and provider selection, negotiating the contract and operational transition and change. We involve employment law and other specialists on TUPE issues, contract renegotiation and exit strategies where required.
