An associate in the clinical negligence team in London, Rosa acts for clients with a variety of medical conditions, including those with complex spinal injuries, terminal illnesses, and birth-related and acquired brain injuries. Her caseload also involves clients with complex orthopaedic injuries and those living with reproductive and gynaecological complications. In addition, Rosa acts on fatal claims, representing families whose loved ones have died as a result of negligent medical treatment. She is also part of the firm’s Police Federation team, and is particularly experienced at advancing medical negligence claims brought by police officers.
Prior to joining the profession, Rosa achieved a first in her law degree at the University of Bristol, before studying a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Toronto in Canada, with a focus on health law and bioethics.
Rosa began at the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2019 and qualified in 2021. Since joining, Rosa has contributed to the firm’s charitable and social endeavours and currently sits as secretary of the firm’s London charity committee.
