Fareen is an associate in the family team, advising on all aspects of private family law, including divorce, financial disputes, cohabitation and children matters. She is also able to advise on matters involving Sharia family law. Based in the Oxford office, Fareen also sees clients in Birmingham.
A member of Resolution, Fareen is committed to resolving disputes in a constructive manner and working with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved. She presently sits on the Oxfordshire Resolution committee and has also sat on the committee for the Thames Valley Family Law Society.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2021 after training and qualifying at a law firm in Surrey. An LLB graduate of the London School of Economics, Fareen spent time after graduating working at Berkshire Women’s Aid before continuing with her legal training and qualification.
